Share your link with clients, readers or followers. When a business you sent signs up and pays for SiteMind, you earn a share of every payment it makes. We set them up, bill them and answer their questions, so there is nothing for you to manage.

  • Every payment counts. Monthly or yearly, first payment or fiftieth, you earn your rate on each one. It is worked out on the amount before tax.
  • The rate covers all your customers. Once your referred customers pay a combined $1,000 a month, every new payment earns 25%, not only the ones above the line.
  • It lasts as long as they pay. There is no end date. If a customer cancels, commission stops. If a payment is refunded, its commission is taken back.
  • Paid once a month. We send your commission by hand each month, to PayPal, Wise or your bank. Every payment shows its transfer reference.

We charge you the standard plan price: $25, $69 or $149 a month per client. One account can manage up to 25 clients.

  1. The day you add a client

    We create their account, email them a link to set a password, and charge your card the first month at the plan price.

  2. Through the month

    You run their assistant from your dashboard. If you connect a webhook, you get an alert at 50, 70, 90 and 100% of their monthly limit.

  3. On the 1st

    One bill for all your clients: the plan price for each, charged to your card together, with an itemised invoice by email.

  • Open any client’s dashboard. Jump into a client’s account from yours without asking for their password. The session ends by itself after two hours.
  • Change plans at any time. Upgrades start straight away and you pay the difference for the rest of the month. Downgrades start at the next billing date.
  • Pause, resume or stop. Pause a client, bring them back, or end the work. Ending never deletes their account: their content stays theirs.
  • No SiteMind name on their site. The chat widget on your client’s website carries no SiteMind branding. Their own dashboard still says SiteMind.

    Name, email, company and password. It is free, there is no review, and your account is active straight away.

  2. Choose referring or reselling.

    Pick the one that fits your business. You can switch later from your dashboard with one click.

  3. Share your link or add a client.

    Your referral link is ready on day one. Resellers add a card, then their first client. Your dashboard also has a sales kit: outreach emails, an audit checklist and answers to common objections. Resellers also get a proposal, an intake form and a client agreement.

No. Codes are made for you when you join, so nobody can claim a code that looks like another business. You can still add your own tag to the link, like ?src=youtube, to track where signups come from.

You can end the work at any time from your dashboard. Their account is never deleted when you do: the content and conversations belong to the client, not to the agency.
