One assistant for every site you run.

SiteMind Enterprise is for companies with many websites, a lot of content or a lot of visitors. It removes the limits on domains, content and monthly answers, and you buy it the way your company buys software: a yearly contract, paid by invoice, after a security review.

Six domains of one company, including its help centre, docs, shop and German site, all feed one assistant. A visitor asks on the German site and the answer cites the help centre.

Enterprise starts where Pro stops. Three limits, taken off.

Pro meters domains, content and answers. On Enterprise, none of them has a fixed cap.

  1. Domains

    As many as you run

Your main site, help centre, docs, shop and country sites all feed one assistant. A visitor on any of them gets an answer from all of them.

    10 domains on Pro

  2. Content

    No limit

No cap on how much the assistant learns from, across pages, files and connected tools. Each crawl reads up to 10,000 pages of a domain.

6,000 units on Pro, about 18,000 pages

  3. Answers

    Sized to your traffic

The product sets no monthly cap. The volume you expect is written into your contract, so a busy season never switches the assistant off.

20,000 credits a month on Pro, about 5,000 conversations

Everything in Pro, and more. What else comes with it.

  • Unlimited AI actions and webhooks

Growth allows 500 calls a month and Pro 2,500. Enterprise has no cap on the actions your assistant can run or the signed webhooks it sends.

  • Your brand, not ours

The “Powered by SiteMind” line comes off the widget, and you style it to match your site.

  • Crawls jump the queue

Your crawl and recrawl jobs run ahead of standard ones, so large sites pick up changes sooner after you publish.

  • Every source and integration

Notion, Google Drive, GitHub, Confluence and Dropbox, the WordPress plugin, the Shopify app, analytics and the Content Gaps list of questions it could not answer.

  • The REST API

Ask your assistant questions from your own software with an API key, and receive chat.answered and lead.captured events signed with HMAC-SHA256.

  • A direct line to the team

A shared Slack or Teams channel with the people who build SiteMind, and a response commitment written into your contract.

Your security review, answered up front. Including the answers that are no.

These are the questions reviews ask first. If one of them is a blocker for you, better to know now than after five weeks of calls.

Vendor security questionnaire

Vendor SiteMind

  1. Is our data kept apart from other customers’ data?

Every record carries your workspace ID and every query filters on it.

    Answer: Yes.

  2. Is our content used to train AI models?

Answers run on Google’s Gemini API under terms that do not allow training on it.

    Answer: No.

  3. Can the assistant answer from outside our content?

If nothing relevant is found, it declines without calling a model at all.

    Answer: No.

  4. Are stored credentials encrypted?

Tokens for connected tools are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they are saved.

    Answer: Yes.

  5. Are webhooks signed?

HMAC-SHA256 over a timestamp and the body, so replays can be refused.

    Answer: Yes.

  6. Do you hold SOC 2 or ISO 27001?

No certification today. If one is a hard requirement, we will say so early.

    Answer: Not yet.

  7. Do you support single sign-on (SAML)?

Email and password, or Sign in with Google.

    Answer: Not yet.

  8. Can we host it ourselves?

SiteMind is a managed cloud service only.

    Answer: No.

How buying works. Four steps, with people at every one.

  1. Tell us what you run

Email [email protected] with your domains, a rough monthly visitor count, and anything your buying process needs. You hear back from the team, not a sequence of automated emails.

  2. Try it on your real sites

Start the 3-day free trial yourself, no card needed. For a trial across several domains, we set one up for you so you are not judging it on one site.

  3. Send your questionnaire

We fill in your security questionnaire ourselves and tell you plainly where the answer is not yet. Our data processing agreement already covers every account.

  4. Sign and go live

A yearly contract paid by invoice, with purchase orders if you use them. Then connect your domains, check the answers and paste one line of code.

Enterprise questions. Answered plainly.

Something your team needs to know before a call? Email [email protected].

Email sales

Enterprise is priced for each customer, because it depends on how many domains you connect, how much content you have and how many answers you expect each month. It is a yearly contract paid by invoice. The self-serve plans cost $25, $69 and $149 a month and are listed on the pricing page. If one of them covers your needs, we will tell you to buy that instead.

Usually when one of Pro’s limits is too small: more than 10 domains, more than 6,000 units of content (about 18,000 pages), or more than 20,000 answers a month (about 5,000 conversations). The other common reason is how you buy: a contract, an invoice or a security review before you sign.

Yes. Anyone can start a 3-day free trial with no card and point it at a real website. If you want to test several domains together, email us and we will set up a trial that covers them.

No, not today. We will complete your security questionnaire, our data processing agreement covers every account, and we answer honestly where something is not in place yet. If a certification is a hard requirement for you, it is better to know that at the start.

No. SiteMind is a managed cloud service. The AI model, the search index and the hosting are all included in the price, so there are no model keys to set up or pay for separately.

It answers only from your pages, files and written answers, and each answer links to its source. If it finds nothing relevant, it declines without calling an AI model and offers to take the visitor’s details instead. Those questions appear in Content Gaps so you can add the missing answer.

The people who build SiteMind, in a shared Slack or Teams channel. The response time we commit to is written into your contract.

The same steps as any account: add your domains, let them crawl, check the answers in the dashboard, then paste one line of code into your site or install the WordPress plugin or Shopify app. Most of the work afterwards is filling the gaps that Content Gaps shows you.
