Paste the snippet

Site-wide, or on a single page.

Project Settings → Custom Code → Footer Code

  1. Copy your snippet

    In your SiteMind dashboard, open Widget Studio and copy the embed code. It is one script tag with your widget key in it.

  2. Open Custom Code

    Go to Project Settings → Custom Code.

  3. Paste into Footer Code

    Paste the snippet into the Footer Code field to add it site-wide, or open a single page's settings and use its own Custom Code section if you only want it on one page.

  4. Save and publish

    Click Save, then Publish your site. Custom code only takes effect after a fresh publish, not just saving.

  • Publish after saving

    Webflow only applies custom code after you publish the site again. Saving the settings alone is not enough.

Yes. In Widget Studio you set the colours, the launcher, its position, the greeting and the suggested questions, and preview the result before it goes live. On Pro and Enterprise you can also remove the “Powered by SiteMind” line.
