Paste the snippet

Settings → Custom Code

  1. Copy your snippet

    In your SiteMind dashboard, open Widget Studio and copy the embed code. It is one script tag with your widget key in it.

  2. Open Custom Code

    From your Wix dashboard, go to Settings → Custom Code (older editors: Advanced → Custom Code).

  3. Add the snippet

    Click "+ Add Custom Code" and paste the snippet in.

  4. Set where it applies

    Set "Add Code to Pages" to All Pages, and set the placement to Body – end.

  5. Apply

    Click Apply. Changes go live immediately on your published site.

Yes. In Widget Studio you set the colours, the launcher, its position, the greeting and the suggested questions, and preview the result before it goes live. On Pro and Enterprise you can also remove the “Powered by SiteMind” line.

The script loads with the async attribute, so it does not hold up the rest of your page while it downloads.
