With Webhooks by Zapier

Catch SiteMind’s events and pass them to any app Zapier connects.

  1. Create a Catch Hook

    In Zapier, create a Zap that starts with Webhooks by Zapier → Catch Hook, and copy the webhook address.

  2. Add it in SiteMind

    In your SiteMind dashboard, open Webhooks, add the address, and choose lead.captured, chat.answered or both.

  3. Send a test

    Use the test button on the webhook, then pull the sample into Zapier so you can map its fields.

  4. Add your action

    Add the app you want, such as your CRM or a spreadsheet, and map the fields from the event.

  • Plans on both sides

    Outbound webhooks are part of SiteMind’s Growth, Pro and Enterprise plans. Webhooks by Zapier is available on Zapier’s paid plans.

  • Signed events

    Each event carries an HMAC-SHA256 signature in the x-sitemind-signature header, if you want to check it in a code step.
